Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a growing commercial builder with nation-wide reach.
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting Project Managers in scheduling of various contracts, vendors and materials
- Management and coordination of trade contractors and field personnel
- Document control
- Drafting of construction drawings in AutoCAD
- Knowledgeable of jobsite safety and systems implementation
- Travel to job sites to conduct project audits
The candidate should possess:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize, develop, implement, and maintain schedules
- Valid driver’s license
