Our client, a world leader in the semiconductor industry, is looking for a “Mechanical Design Engineer 4”.
Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer 4
Shift Hours: 9 AM- 5 PM
Job Duration: Long-term Contract on W2 (Onsite)
Location: Milpitas, CA

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, prototype testing the next generation broad band plasma (BBP) Wafer inspection opto-mechanical assemblies
- Collaborated development with core suppliers
- Sustain current broad band plasma (BBP) product lines with manufacturing division
- Work with system, optical, electrical and software engineer to derive the subsystem requirements and conduct design reviews
- Precision mechanism development: actuator selection, tolerance analysis, lifetime evaluation, optics mounting, alignment & adjustment design, etc
- Qualify and release the mechanism design, provide support for onsite manufacturing
Skills & Experience:
- 7~10 years industry experience
- CAE: thermal & structural simulation (ANSYS experience preferred)
- CAD Modeling: Creo/ProEngineer experience preferred
