We are looking for a proactive team player with a passion for sales to help with client prospecting, assist in converting buyers, conduct property searches based on client preferences, and prepare essential property contract documents.
Responsibilities:
- Expand and manage the sales pipeline for the lead agent by scheduling buyer consultations and appointments, and aiding in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to stay focused amid workplace distractions.
- Uphold a high level of trustworthiness when handling confidential information pertaining to clients, associates, and financial matters.

Compensation:$50,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop and foster connections with potential clients by consistently following up.
- Keep the CRM system updated and accurate at all times.
- Assign appropriate action plans to clients and maintain a well-organized database.
- Achieve high conversion rates to schedule appointments for the Senior Agent.
- Successfully convert clients into Buyer Consults.
- Gain a deep understanding of mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and other aspects of homeownership.
- Collect wants and needs analysis from the current client base.
- Perform daily property searches and share relevant listings with active buyers.
- Regularly request reviews and referrals from clients.
- Provide fiduciary service throughout the real estate transaction process by advising clients.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Agent to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements through market research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for this position.
- Proficiency in handling phone calls effectively, including setting and closing appointments over the phone, is essential as the role involves extensive phone communication.
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt scripts and dialogues relevant to the job.
