Job Description
Our client, an established and growing insurance defense law firm with offices throughout the northeast, is seeking to add a Litigation Associate Attorney to its team in Charleston, SC. While in-office is preferred, hybrid may be an option for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Review documents
- Draft responses and motions
- Attend court appearances
- Attend and conduct depositions
- Perform legal research
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of recent litigation defense experience
- Previous experience with medical malpractice and/or insurance defense is preferred
- Must be currently admitted to the SC Bar
- Must be organized and deadline driven
- Trial experience is not required, but is a big plus!
