Director of Content Marketing
- Full-Time
The Content Marketing Director is responsible for creating and approving marketing content as well as researching and planning marketing initiatives to increase brand recognition and customer loyalty. The role will also support the sales function by serving as the SFDC Administrator.
Content Marketing
- Work with leadership team on the development of marketing strategy
- Create and distribute content through campaigns to market Sightpath across multiple social channels
- Analyze the impact of each campaign to determine if they are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for, and work in cooperation with, contracted vendors to execute on goals and objectives. Assign tasks and manage deadlines.
- Provide updates and reports relating to the status of Marketing programs and objectives as requested.
- Direct and write specifically crafted copy across various customer touchpoints
- Work with external agencies on specific campaigns
- Remain educated on current industry trends to best utilize cost efficient, ROI driven and innovative media channels for the promotion of company goals and objectives.
- Manage expenses within the allotted department budget.
Sales and Marketing Support
- Manage Salesforce Sales and Marketing Dashboards
- Analyze data coming from Salesforce and Pardot
- Assists leadership team in making sales forecasts for business planning by territory.
Sales Force Administration
- Responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Sightpath’s existing Salesforce.com platform
- Work closely with organizational leaders, development consultants, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business functionality.

- An undergraduate bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in an applicable field is required.
- 7+ Years relevant business and/or leadership experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
- 5+ years in industry sales, marketing, professional education, sales learning/ development, or commercial functional experience is strongly preferred.
- Two years of experience coaching, or mentoring others is also required.
- Will also have excellent computer skills with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and Apple applications.
