โ€ข Recommend and implement improvements based on performance data.
โ€ข Serve as a liaison between local branch leadership and the broader regional marketing strategy.
โ€ข Work with branch leadership to identify local marketing needs, priorities, events, promotions, and community opportunities.
โ€ข Help coordinate, prepare, set up, and represent the company at assigned local branch events.
โ€ข Coordinate marketing materials for local events, including signage, banners, displays, printed materials, promotional items, and digital support.
โ€ข Own and maintain the assigned local branch marketing budget.
โ€ข Track branch marketing expenses and complete monthly budget reconciliation.
โ€ข Ensure local branch marketing activities remain aligned with approved budgets and regional marketing priorities.
โ€ข Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, digital marketing practices, and changes in online search behavior.
โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
โ€ข Professional experience in content marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related role.
โ€ข Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
โ€ข Experience managing organic social media for a business or organization.
โ€ข Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns and automations.
โ€ข Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website content optimization.
โ€ข Understanding of how content is discovered through AI search tools and answer engines.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, and content priorities.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
โ€ข Ability to work collaboratively with sales, branch leadership, marketing, and other departments.
โ€ข Comfortable using performance data to evaluate results and guide future decisions.
โ€ข Willingness to attend, set up, and support local events as needed, including occasional evening or weekend events.
Preferred Experience
โ€ข Experience with website content management systems.
โ€ข Experience with marketing automation or email marketing platforms.
โ€ข Experience creating video content or coordinating video production.
โ€ข Experience managing or reconciling marketing budgets.
โ€ข Experience supporting local events, community engagement, or branch-level marketing.
โ€ข Experience developing content for construction, manufacturing, homebuilding, building materials, or a related industry.
โ€ข Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
