Maintenance Technician

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage system.
• Conduct field service visits to customer sites to address maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Performs minor and routine repairs including but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
• Fabricate and install electrical components as needed.
• Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to analyze and resolve complex problems.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations when working with industrial equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.

Position Requirement:

• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their maintenance needs.
• Proficiency in working with high voltage electrical systems and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Experience in field service work, including troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on-site-
• Knowledge of industrial electrician practices, including the ability to analyze electrical systems for faults or malfunctions.
• Experience in Programmable Logic Control (PLC), electrical, and pneumatics.
• Proficient on Excel, Word, MS Access, and Outlook
• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Manufacturing maintenance: 1 year (Required)
