**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Financing Services to join our team at Flex Financial. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and originating financing transactions, as well as a deep understanding of the financing industry.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage a portfolio of financing transactions, including loan origination, underwriting, and closing
* Work closely with clients to understand their financing needs and develop customized solutions
* Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness
* Negotiate and structure financing agreements, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
* Monitor and manage loan performance, including collections and workout strategies
* Supervise a team of loan officers and support staff
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financing
* Collaborate with other departments within the company, including sales, marketing, and operations

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in commercial or consumer financing
* Strong understanding of lending products and underwriting principles
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or similar certification preferred
