As a new Maintenance Technician Level 3 on the 2nd shift at Royal Fresh Cuts, you can expect to participate in daily equipment inspections, troubleshoot machinery issues, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and respond promptly to any emergency repairs. Your schedule will primarily be during the night shift, offering flexibility in your work hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of our production facility. You'll collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is running smoothly and assist in implementing efficient maintenance procedures. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment where your problem-solving skills and technical expertise will be put to the test daily.

To excel as a Maintenance Technician Level 3 on the 2nd shift at Royal Fresh Cuts, you must possess a strong skill set. You should be adept at working with various software tools, willing to work overtime and undergo training as necessary. Your responsibilities will include installing and maintaining production machines and plant equipment. Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair is key. You must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with frequent changes on the production line.

Expertise in electrical repairs for PLC Controls, VFD, and motor controls is essential. Experience in the food processing industry is advantageous, along with 5-7 years of experience in industrial processing equipment. • Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic issues (logic and control circuits) and perform emergency repairs; identify and repair problematic issues concerning all equipment and machinery
• including finding innovative solutions to occurring problems.
• Ability to build control panels
