Customer Services Representative

Our customer located in Franklin Park IL is seeking Office Admin/Dispatchers Bilingual, 1st shift, pay rate of $19.00 per hour. This is a temp to hire position.

Schedules: Sunday-Thursday(9am-5pm)

Requirements and Skills:

• Must be able to pass E-Verify, Background check and drug test (Interview – Resume), Bilingual Preferred
• Experience as an office administrator or relevant role
• Excellent customer service and client relationships
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point
• Proven Experience as a dispatcher
• Fast typing with experience in data entry
• Must be flexible to work weekends and Over Time if needed
• Clerical experience, data entry, office admin, dispatcher experience

Job Description:

• Managing phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc)
• coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company rules
• Submit timely reports and assist where needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep organization and managing skills
• Communicating and emailing Customers to provide with details in deliveries.
• Monitor, manage driver’s schedules and check routes for fleets of trucks.
• Good collaboration and time management skills
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Interacting with Customers to address their concerns, responding their questions and complaints
• Receive and dispatch orders for products and deliveries
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
• Assign crews, vehicles or other units to appropriate locations
• Monitor route status on field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedules
• provide information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
