Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire a Fleet Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards re met and is following regulatory agencies including DOT
- Take a strategic responsibility of overseeing fleet team and managing more complex logistics operation
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Responsible for team and individual performance; able to respond on emergency situations
- Prepare reports detailing the effectiveness of the fleet
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Must process a valid driver license and be insurable; CDL
