SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Cosmetic Sales & Access Coordinator (CSAC) position is responsible for promoting and educating current, new, and prospective patients on the services, procedures, client programs, and retail items offered by the practice, with the ultimate goal of maximizing the appointments scheduled at RL while minimizing any opportunity loss. The CSAC will be a patient advocate by being knowledgeable in all areas of the practice covering surgical and non-surgical treatments and will strive to ensure strong relationships are created between current, new, and prospective patients of the practice. The CSAC is responsible for managing all leads (new and established), conducting patient consultations, supporting inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring practice documents, policies, and appointment requirements are met prior to each patient visit.
The CSAC is expected to increase bookings and deliver optimal clinical solutions through the initial lead correspondence process, consultation process, and through follow-ups. The CSAC will effectively manage all leads by responding quickly to inquiries and credentialing the practice, providers, and services for the goal of booking the consultation, and setting the foundation for a solid long-term patient relationship. Provide patient consultations to determine their needs, create treatment plans, set expectations, and educate on the treatment journey to achieve goals. The consultation process requires the CSAC to complete all pertinent forms and documentation necessary to begin a patient's treatment plan and monitor progress; correctly administer pre & post treatment photos; and to review photos to determine progress, correctly assess improvement level and determine the next course of care. Patient follow-ups are essential to ensure the patient is happy and committed to a consistent and long-term treatment routine. This individual must communicate effectively with all providers and staff to ensure each patient's experience is exceptional.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' solid sales experience in similar position with emphasis on retail, healthcare or hospitality
- Strong background in aesthetics, laser, dermatology or plastic surgery
- Well-versed knowledge in menu of services offered by RLCenter for Cosmetic Surgery and Medspa
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Punctual
- Ability to work independently while functioning in a team environment
- High level of organization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and pivot quickly
- Excellent at building patient relationships, satisfaction, and loyalty
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Proficient in computer use, internet, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs/Sheets, EMR, general office and photography equipment
