The Snoozer Experience Specialist is the expert in providing ourGuests (the Snoozers who create magic at our restaurants) with an exceptionallevel of service. You are expected to deliverupon our mission to bring out the best in our Snoozers and Guests. As the firstvoice our Snoozers hear when they reach out to the People + Culture Team forassistance, you need to be the champion of Snooze's culture and the personSnoozers can rely on to assist them with their people-related needs all in atimely manner.

The Snoozer Experience Specialist is a vital memberof the People + Culture Team who will champion and execute processes andadministrative tasks that will help Snooze maintain and grow an everlastingPeople-First culture. The Position specifics! Taking on the role of Snoozer Experience Specialist isn't just aboutbacon and pancakes. The responsibilities of this position include: Owns the administrative tasks associated with the entire Life cycle ofSnoozer, including but not limited to: new hire paperwork, on-boarding,location and position changes, name changes and terminations.

Oversees the Snooze Safety inbox, independently providing guidance onall safety protocol related to a range of illnesses. Including - but not limited to: COVID-19,Flu, Workplace Injuries, etc. Owns the customer service function by answering and responding toemployee requests and questions.

Responsible for I-9 compliance, and overseeing/executing additional monthlyaudits to ensure all Snooze leaders are adhering to Snooze process andprocedures. Provides support in all things unemployment by partnering with ourunemployment vendor to to claims and provide the necessary information. Willpartner with the Snoozer Experience Generalist to help design and implement programs which will reinforceour unemployment management process.

Role is expected to provide guidance toSnoozers who have questions or need support. Respond to Medical Support Notices by gathering the information neededto respond to the notice, completing the form, and mailing it back to thegoverning agency. Responsible for maintaining compliance posters/ID Checking Guides toensure each restaurant has up-to-date versions.

Order and distribute Federaland State compliance posters as needed. Generates and provides reporting to support People + Culture Team needssuch as workers compensation claims, retention analytics, compliance, EEO-1 andother reporting, as needed. Conducts audits of employee files, benefits and other HR programs asrequested.

Maintains and assists with Mothership on-boarding and employee files asrequested Additional responsibilities based on companygoals/objectives/priorities. Is this role the right fit for you? Excellent customer service skills showing a genuine care and desire togo above and beyond.

Working understanding of human resources principles, practices andprocedures. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a provenability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite- Teams, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint,and other systems and tools.

A passion for process, paperwork and compliance. The desire to create and nurture authentic relationships with everySnoozer you encounter. Ability to have fun, dance and laugh under/during stressful situationsor anytime really (yes, seriously) Let's talk prerequisites!

(Education, credentials, and experience) Must be authorized to work in the United States 1+ years of experience in the human resourcesor other relevant sector 3+ years of experience working directly in foodservice, hospitality, or retail sectors (or other relevant servicesector). Human Resources Management Certification is a plus- SHRM-CP or aPHR orhigher. Let's get physical!

(additional requirements) Must have the stamina to work 45 to 55 hoursper week Some weekend coverage required The travel required for this position isapproximately 10% and you must be able to travel for up to 5 days at one time(air, car, bus. Train, and weekend travel all required) Home base is in Denver, CO at the SnoozeMothership (hybrid work plan optional) The Nitty GrittyDetails Denver area base salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year The base salary range below represents the low and high end of theSnooze salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may beabove or below the range based on various factors including but not limited toexperience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality ofproduction, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.
