Housekeeper

Compensation: $30.00/Hour Piece Rate.  We offer weekly pay, an Employee Assistance Program. 

Work Schedule: Weekend availability necessary, shifts between 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM 

Housekeeper Job Duties:

• Clean ICI units to assure that they meet ICI Property Standard Guidelines 
• Inspect ICI units to assure that they meet ICI Property Standard Guidelines
• Maintaining communications with field and office staff
• Reporting maintenance issues or damages
• Providing general property services information for guests in the field
• Resolving guest issues properly with great care and effectiveness
• Communicating with homeowners regarding any concerns or questions pertaining to the cleaning of their properties while in the field
• Conducting housekeeper training as needed
• Performing other duties as required or assigned

Housekeeper Requirements:

• A valid Driver’s License
• Your own reliable, personal transportation
• The ability to work weekends
• 5-10 years of direct experience in vacation rental, residential or hotel housekeeping
• The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Professionalism, in and outside the office, as an Island Realty representative
• Principles of ethics, integrity, leadership & teamwork
