Join us for an exciting new Mediterranean restaurant, located right by Little Island, and be a key player in crafting unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests.


Position Summary:

At OfCorsica, Bartenders are more than mixologists-they are storytellers and hosts who bring the Mediterranean spirit to life through crafted cocktails, exceptional wine knowledge, and warm hospitality. This role is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences at the bar by preparing beverages with precision, engaging guests in genuine conversation, and maintaining a clean, well-organized bar environment.


Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and artistry

  • Provide warm, informed, and elevated guest service in line with OfCorsica's hospitality values

  • Maintain full knowledge of all beverage offerings, including wines, cocktails, spirits, and beer

  • Offer thoughtful recommendations and guide guests through wine and drink pairings

  • Support beverage-focused sales goals, upsell specials and promotions, and engage in brand storytelling

  • Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with laws and company policy

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, bar tools, and storage areas

  • Restock product, prepare garnishes, and execute opening, closing, and side work duties

  • Handle all payment transactions accurately and in line with company cash handling procedures

  • Report equipment issues, low inventory, or guest concerns promptly to management

  • Participate in training, tastings, and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge and service skills

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience as a bartender in a full-service, high-volume environment

  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine-Mediterranean wine knowledge a plus

  • Excellent communication and guest service skills with a team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism

  • Must be fluent in English and able to operate a POS system efficiently

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, reach, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
