Job Description:

The candidate will be primarily responsible for Human Resources, Facility Maintenance; General Office Administration; coordinating IT with outside IT support and will assist in accounting as required.

The candidate MUST have an EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE of QUICK BOOKS ENTERPRISE MANUFACTURING AND WHOLESALE EDITION SOFTWARE!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office runs smoothly.

2. Manages the Receptionist duties; greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls

3. Manages office supplies and equipment and places orders and maintenance as necessary

4. Manages IT issues with an outside IT company to make sure all computers and equipment are operating effectively.

5. Oversees Facility Management

6. Handles all Human Resources to include managing all employee vacations and PTO.

7. Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented

8. Identify opportunities for processing office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.

9. Handles all garnishments

10. Handles and coordinates annually all insurances to include medical, dental and vision.

11. Handles and coordinates all company W/C, Auto, Umbrella and Tailored insurances.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • Proven track record of executive leadership and office management experience
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, change, and business transformation.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of business operations.
  • Must be proficient is Microsoft Office, Quick Books, Office Equipment and a good understanding of IT.
