Job description

Assistant Office Manager/HR Support
Keltia is a well established local Aerospace technical support and training company of over 20 years that is growing and we are looking for experienced HR and Admin Support as we gradually expand our operations. We also have an office in Ireland that supports mainly our US customers that have a European presence.
The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a small team of co-workers. This is a part time position of just two or three days per week with flexible hours and the ability to work virtually occasionally when fully up to speed.
Responsibilities:
The HR and Admin Support role will be assisting the following day to day office activities:
• Help the Office Manager maintain efficient office operations and procedures
• Have excellent communication skills when answering or making calls
• Help maintain relationships with our clients
• Help support the stages of our recruitment processes
• Support the screening and interviewing of candidates
• Coordinate the Admin aspect of the Training Department
• Provide general support to visitors
• Help to organize annual holiday party and Annual Charity Events
• Attend Job Fairs and Industry Expos occasionally with Office Manager
Educational and Aptitude Requirements
• A third Level Education in either a technical or business field of study is preferable with at least 5 years of HR related industry experience with ability to demonstrate a proactive professional approach in their work.
• Prior Recruiting experience beneficial
• Proficiency in the main Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook, Quickbooks a plus
