Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

As the Office Manager, you’ll wear many hats, acting as the integrator who ensures parts of our shop and office are running like a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling & Production Coordination

  • Manage all scheduling for production, installation, and team assignments.

  • Proactively communicate schedules, resolve conflicts, and eliminate bottlenecks to maintain efficiency.

  • Monitor project progress and timelines, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Customer Interaction

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and shop visits, delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Address client inquiries, provide updates on project statuses, and resolve any concerns with professionalism and care.

  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring everyone stays aligned and focused on priorities.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with the team to provide guidance, feedback, and support.

  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment that motivates the team to excel.

Administrative & Process Improvement

  • Some administrative duties.

  • Create, implement, and refine systems and processes that streamline operations and enhance productivity.

  • Work closely with the visionary leader to align operational goals with company objectives.


Qualifications:

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, management, or a similar role, preferably in a related industry (vehicle wraps, manufacturing, printing, graphic design, or print production).

  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with a knack for identifying inefficiencies and creating solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple schedules and priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in customer-facing situations.

  • Leadership capabilities to inspire, manage, and hold a team accountable.

  • Tech-savvy, with experience using scheduling or project management tools.
