Job Description

Position: Supply Chain Manager


As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with various internal departments, suppliers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of materials and streamline our processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and has a deep understanding of supply chain management principles. This position reports to the General Manager.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and implement a supply chain strategy to increase efficiency and support business growth.

  • Maintain inventory of supplies and materials to optimize production.

  • Collaborate with the Operation and Production Team to forecast material demand for supplies and materials required.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to receive greater savings, ensure consistent quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to contractual agreements. Address any issues or concerns promptly to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement in supply planning and logistics.

  • Manage and work daily with the warehouse team regarding inventory control, receiving, and materials storage and handling.

  • Ensure accurate purchasing of materials for each job to avoid any delays.

  • Pay close attention to details of each contract before purchasing and communicate with operations and sales team when there are issues to avoid misordering.

  • Manage shipment scheduling and sizes to ensure we are maximizing shipments.

  • Identify opportunities to waste fewer materials and save money without compromising on quality.

  • Optimize warehouse functions.


Schedule & Employment Type:

  • Monday - Friday

  • Full-Time

  • Exempt

Compensation & Benefits

  • $ 80k - 120k - DOE

  • Paid bi-weekly

  • 8 paid holiday per year

  • 80 vacation hours per year

  • Cell-phone Stipend

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with great attention to detail.

  • Desire to grow with a growing business.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.


Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field required

  • Previous working experience as a Supply Chain for 3+ years

  • Experience working in and maintaining databases using Google

  • Previous experience operating forklift


Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Able to occasionally operate a forklift.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move objects from 10-100 lbs.

  • Able to bend, lift, push and pull.

  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch

  • Able to climb or balance.

  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
