Job Description

Certrec is seeking a Data Ingestion Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will make extensive use of the internet to import large, assorted data from multiple sources into our internal database for use by our clients. This job entails reading technical documentation, articles, and other materials that is then processed into PDF files from downloads, and electronic files (doc, etc.) for direct upload to various websites.

** On-site Position ** No Telecommuting **

Qualifications:

Requires an HS Degree/GED and 1 to two years of billing, pharma tech, or similar data-intensive role experience is required. An associate's degree is preferred, but not required. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Good work history and clean criminal background.
35+wpm Typing Speed
US citizenship

Skills:

Strong analytical problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
Affinity for detail, accuracy, following strict procedures, and data-related work/projects.
Strong planning, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Good communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox - Adobe Acrobat and familiarity with PDF files
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Microsoft Word - Microsoft Outlook (or equivalent email program)

Monday through Friday work schedule. Office Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Start time flexibility and choice of 30- or 60-minute lunch breaks.
