REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing
FSLA STATUS: Non- Exempt

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Graves Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Data entry Specialist to support our rebate processing operations. This role involves accurately entering and tracking rebate programs, uploading documents to SharePoint, and interpreting contract data for internal processing. The specialist will scan and organize incoming documents, collaborate with team members, and maintain clear communication across departments.


PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use internal computer programs to open, track and process rebate programs in a timely manner.
  • Upload documents to SharePoint
  • Read and interpret data on scanned contracts and inputs relevant data into internal processing systems.
  • Scan incoming documents into internal system upon receipt, if applicable.
  • Communicate regularly with all co-workers involved in program processing.
  • Works individually and as an active team member helping to achieve department goals.
  • Professional advocate who creates a positive company experience with customers, business associates, vendors and fellow employees.
  • Treats others with respect and courtesy.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to meet continuous deadlines and coordination between all persons involved.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people individually and as a versatile team player.
  • Continuous alertness, concentration and attention to detail.
  • Advancement is possible.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Strong data entry & reporting skills
  • Strong computer skills. Technically proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel).
