About This Role

We are looking for a Data Specialist to join our Client Success team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in your assigned clients' data, delivering exceptional support and driving client performance through data quality management, reporting, and issue resolution.

The Data Specialist is responsible for the support and success of assigned clients. Core responsibilities include running daily reporting, proactively managing data quality, researching client data questions and escalations, building custom queries to support complex analysis and ad-hoc reporting, and providing business insights that aid client performance.

You will work directly with your Client Success Manager and Client Success Analysts to ensure your assigned clients are well-supported and any issues or concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

What you will do in the role

  • Analyze large data sets for conformance to best practices using client and industry specific business logic
  • Access multiple interrelated data sets for potential conflicts, and ensure identified anomalies are tracked and resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist with request resolutions as they pertain to data quality, analytics, reporting, or support requests.
  • Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized areas, remaining up-to-date on current trends and best practices
  • Update tickets as they are in progress with appropriate communication both internally and externally.
  • Track time spent working client requests
  • Build custom queries to support complex data analysis and develop ad-hoc reports for client and internal use.
  • Develop expertise in assigned clients' data, leveraging available tools, reports, and data to understand drivers of performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
