ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

You will work a steady, predictable schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, right at our Anderson, IN office. This full-time, in-person position ensures you can contribute meaningfully within a collaborative, office-based environment.


As a Data Specialist, your days will be spent creating and maintaining scripts using SQL/PLSQL to import and export data, supporting EDI processes such as 834 and 837, and troubleshooting any discrepancies in processes or reports. You will analyze, develop, program, and reprogram technical processes to improve efficiencies, often consulting with management to enhance both manual and automated workflows. Maintaining reports using ASP/ASPX in Visual Studio and Crystal Reports will be a key part of your role, and you will regularly interact with internal and external customers to address questions, research issues, or implement updates for processes and reports. Each day will offer opportunities to innovate and collaborate with a team that values your expertise.


If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!

  • Associate's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with Microsoft SQL Developer and MS Access

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience in self-funded insurance
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle 11g or higher
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, Office 365 applications, FTP software, automation software, ASP/ASPX, and/or Crystal Reports
  • 1+ year(s) of EDI (834, 835, 837, 278, 267, 277, 270, 271) experience
  • Experience with WLT claims processing system
