Job Description

ANGARAI is looking for a Business Analyst - Health Care for its client in the State of Maryland. The Business Analyst will have demonstrated experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have the minimum qualifications, strong technical background, broad knowledge of business analysis, and hands-on experience with health information systems, data analysis, report generation and communicating requirements to management.

The work is on-site in Maryland. The location may be changed by the client from time to time but within the State.

Sample Responsibilities:

Collaborate with high-level executives or leaders to understand the business' needs and priorities.
Collect business data and perform analysis to discover areas for improvement.
Evaluate business processes or conduct other research, such as surveys, to identify potential issues.
Give presentations to senior managers or executives to explain their analysis and make recommendations.
Produce written reports detailing their data analysis.
Provide guidance or training as needed to help businesses implement their recommended changes.
Gather data to evaluate the impact of those changes.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the project progresses.

Requirements

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)).

Skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Must have demonstrable good judgment and integrity.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
