Requirements:Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists in managing the day-to-day workflow, operations, and team performance for clinical and administrative roles
- Assists in addressing routine and complex questions from patients under the guidance of the Clinical Administrator and/or Director, Operations
- Immediately escalates all pertinent and/or emergency situations to the Clinical Administrator and Director Operations
- Troubleshoots with team on removing barriers and collaborates with Clinical Administrator and Director of Operations identify solutions that enables the clinical team to perform at required levels
- Provides professional, well-organized, and proficient communications/instructions to all team members
- Champions the efforts made by the Clinical Administrator with respect to workplace changes, to enforcing user adoption of systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Partners with the Clinical Administrator in creating and assigning appropriate work schedules ensuring adequate staffing and employee retention
- Assists Clinical Administrator in maintaining clinic services, monitoring staff functions, organizing patient operations and procedures
- Assists Clinical Manager in identifying improvement needs with respect to workplace efficiency and putting immediate plans into action as appropriate
- Escalates developing and/or emergency situations to Clinical Administrator and Director, Operations
- Ensure compliance with Mia Aesthetics’ policy and procedures as related to internal controls
- Keeps the Clinical Administrator informed by reviewing and summarizing information, identifying trends, and reporting issues to the Clinical Administrator and Director, Operations in a timely fashion
- Takes timely and appropriate steps to coach, retrain and/or performance manage team members aligned to performance expectations
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred
- 2+ Years’ experience in a people management role with direct reports in a clinic setting
- HIPPA, OSHA and BLS certifications preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
