Responsibilities
In this position you will report to the Accounting Director while providing administrative oversight and support to the CEO and Sales Managers. As a key team leader, you will communicate daily with our 15-20 outside Sales Reps and coordinate sales assets. You would be the primary communication liaison between our Sales Reps, in-house Administration and Logistics, and retail customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with and supporting the CEO and Sales Managers in achieving territory and company national sales goals.
- Coordinating training and scheduling for sales meetings.
- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including Look Books, Catalogs, Marketing assets support.
- Analyzing Sales data, communicating to sales reps, in order to increase sales results and better identify potential customers.
- Collaborating with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design, financing, administration and logistics to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Contacting key account buyers and customers to support and grow the business.

Essential Job Functions
- Working for the achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
- Working with the Sales team to grow sales.
- Collaborating with the in-house team to create effective sales presentation materials including Look Books, Catalogues, and other marketing materials.
- Meet with retailers, sales reps, prospective customers, and HQ team members as needed and required by the situation or the management team.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the Sales Reps and senior management
- Support Sales management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delivery dates and delays.
- Attend essential sales training and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
Qualifications
- Strong email, video conferencing and phone communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to analyze account opportunities and help develop strategies and plans.
- Proven problem solver.
- Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a team environment..
Requirements
- 3-5 years in an active Sales Support role.
- Bachelor’s degree, not required but preferred, in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proficient in Email, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- MUST have excellent communication skills and be equally comfortable with in-person, video conference, and phone interactions.
- Willing to travel as needed, including overnight occasionally.
- Have a strong work ethic and are willing to “go the extra mile."

Salary:
· $55,000.00 - $ 65,000.00 per year
· Plus, Annual Bonus
· Plus, Monthly Sales Bonus (Higher sales in the month increases the monthly bonus)
