 Your new role as the life insurance customer service representative:

• High-volume phone calls
• Conduct 40-60 minute phone interviews for life insurance applicants to determine eligibility
• Document calls and record information in the database

 Your experience as a  life insurance customer service representative:

• High School or GED required
• 1 year of customer service experience in an office environment
• L&H insurance license required
