Inside Customer Service Sales Associate

Glastender is seeking an Inside Sales Customer Service Associate to join our team. Founded in 1969, we are a leading national manufacturer of stainless steel bar and restaurant equipment. Our open book management style furthers our goal of engaging employees in driving our continued growth and success. In this role, the Inside Sales Customer Service Associate communicates with outside customers and designs bar equipment layouts using the best application of Glastender products. Compiles and submits quotations, performs order verification, order entry, and completes detailed shop drawings for use in production. Qualified candidates would possess the following skills:
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail
- Computer experience, with word processing and spreadsheet software
- AutoCad software experience preferred
- Experience in a business sales setting and/or college courses in business and marketing preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
