We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Account Manager, Aftermarket who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable making outgoing calls, qualifying prospects, following up on leads, and closing sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing information and explanations; preparing quotations
  • Develops accounts by checking customers' buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features
  • Contacts customers via phone to drive leads through Sales Pipeline
  • Maintains and expands database of prospects within assigned customers
  • Understands and prioritizes customer needs and requirements
  • Achieve Monthly Quotas
  • Remains knowledgeable and up to date on products and services that FDH Aero and its partners provide
  • Identify and drive improvements in sales processes and systems
  • Pursues open non-conforming submittals for disposition with customer
  • Capable of negotiating discounts with customer in order to complete the sale
  • Responsible for maintaining export licensing with international customers. Understanding of product both import/export and working with customs brokers
  • Completely read and review purchase orders accurately, comparing information on the purchase order to the quotations to validate order specifics and transfer accurately the full details to sales orders in a timely manner


Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of inside sales experience in the aerospace industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Track record of achievement
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Accurate Data Entry, attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented
  • Strong Verbal and written competencies
  • Ability to work within a team, influencing others
  • Strong Work Ethic


Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $70,000 annually
