Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager at First American State Bank in Greenwood Village. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering new relationships and servicing a portfolio of existing customers by providing personalized banking services and addressing their financial needs. Responsibilities will include sourcing and conducting meetings with new and existing clientele, manage and grow existing loan portfolio, generate credit presentations, find and present treasury management opportunities to the Bank, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales, lead generation, networking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 3 year minimum experience at Denver area bank required
• Knowledge of banking products and services, direct experience with business deposit services
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Business and commercial real estate lending experience including loan generation, underwriting, and portfolio management
• Clearly demonstrated understanding of cash flow analysis, loan structures, and risk mitigation
• Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and other banking software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
