Job Description
Salary:

Calling all vikings!!

Yes, you read that correctly—we are looking for the next viking to join our ferocious team of go-to-market experts.

As our co-founder, Camilla Scholten always says “forging a path towards something great is hard and it takes a viking’s spirit!” she is maybe slightly biassed as she’s Danish ;-).

Our team is insanely diverse with over 30+ nationalities represented across our team, you name it and we have a colleague who speaks that language.. If the idea of working with a global team from all over the world excites you, this is the place for you.

So let’s get down to it…what are we forging and how can you help?

CustomerGauge is completely transforming the way some of the world’s best-known Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands interact with their B2B customers. We’re talking clients like Coca-Cola, Heineken and Anheuser-Busch to name a few.

And we need you to help us forge the path in the U.S.A. That’s right, you would help us prop up a go-to-market arm in the land of the free and home of the brave. Sounds exciting? Here’s the good news: the go-to-market team is packed full of experienced business development reps that have a playbook for success. That being said, we want you to bring your experience and fresh new ideas to the table and help us hone the strategy for better conversion.

You will be our only BDR in the US for us so you will need to provide us with market insights, feedback and whatever you are experiencing/facing in the market. You won’t be alone because the GTM team is part of marketing and our marketing team is based on the East Coast.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects
  • Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with your peers and the sales and marketing teams on integrated demand generation campaigns and executing appropriate prospect communication plans

Your Competencies & Skills

  • Active listening skills: Actively listen to what potential customers are saying to understand their needs, provide the necessary information, and identify sales opportunities
  • Resilience and adaptability: Handle challenges, such as difficult prospective clients or tight deadlines without getting discouraged. You find success through persistence and determination and adapt to changes in the marketplace, competition, and customer needs
  • Time management and organisation: Manage your workload and ensure that all leads meet the service level agreements. Remain organised so you can prioritise preparations, meetings, tasks, and follow-ups accordingly
  • Results-oriented and coachable: You’re open to feedback to continuously grow and improve. You’re willing to try new strategies and tactics that will help you with customer communication and achieving performance targets
