Job Description: As an Independent Customer Service Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires you to handle inbound calls, leverage your communication skills and your ability to multitask. You will work entirely from home, giving you the flexibility to create a work schedule that fits your life.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold high customer service standards.
• Manage multiple client interactions simultaneously with a sharp focus on resolutions.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic English communication skills.
• 2 years customer Service Experience
• Own a personal laptop/computer and a headset. Rental options available if needed.
• Ability to pass a background check ($30 fee applies, reimbursable after 90 days of successful engagement).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• A quiet, private home office space suitable for client interactions.
