About the Role: As a Front Desk Agent at Think Tell Junction, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll handle inquiries, manage appointments, and provide administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage appointments and schedule meetings for staff members.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including managing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Provide information to clients and visitors regarding company services and amenities.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
