Architectural Draftsman - Residential

Architectural Company looking for experienced Draftsman and Possible Management. Positions are immediately available for full time employment.

AB Design Group llc is a well-established Architectural Design and Drafting firm in the Orlando area with over 20 years of industry-leading professional experience serving some of the nation’s top homebuilders. We are seeking talented goal-oriented individuals to join the AB Design Team. Qualified applicants will have:

• at least 5 years Auto CAD Residential drafting experience working in a firm (Revit experience a plus)

• working knowledge of the Florida Building Code Residential

• fair knowledge of standard residential building practices (multi-family experience is a plus)

• strong general computer knowledge including basic programs like Excel, Word, etc.

• some experience drawing details, sections, structural plans (foundation, lintel, etc.)

• a strong work ethic

• good communication skills

• a self-motivated work ethic and willing to learn new procedures
