Job description

Residential CAD Drafter - Architectural Design
Location: Onsite - Longwood, FL
Terms: 6-month Temp-to-Perm
Pay: $25/hour (higher negotiable based on experience)

latitude Inc seeking an experienced Residential CAD Drafter to join a premier full-service architectural team specializing in residential design. The firm is dedicated to delivering superior service and high-quality architectural solutions to clients.

Responsibilities
Produce detailed residential architectural drawings and construction documents
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop plans
Ensure accuracy and compliance with residential building codes and standards
Make revisions and updates to drawings based on feedback
Participate in project meetings to review and refine designs

Requirements
8-12 years of professional drafting experience (minimum 5 years in residential architecture required)

Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work 100% onsite in Longwood, FL
