About the Role:
Join Manguso Architect PLLC as an Architectural Design / Drafter in Buffalo, NY, where creativity meets precision. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative architectural projects while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
  • Prepare presentations and design concepts for client meetings.
  • Assist in the selection of materials and finishes for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and files.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in architectural design or drafting, a  minimum 5 years
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for innovative design and sustainable architecture.
