Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Order Administrator at our 621 Brentwood Drive Facility.
Hours 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday

The Customer Order Administrator is responsible for ensuring all customer orders are entered efficiently and accurately into company specific database. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information

· Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information

· Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

· Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the source for resolution

· Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data

· Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes

· Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Provides excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service to customers via phone and email
Essential Skills:

· High school diploma or GED

· Ability to read, speak and write proficiently in the English language

· Skillful at data entry, proficient in knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

· Basic mathematical skills

· Extremely organized with excellent time management abilities

· Strong sense of urgency while still maintaining a quality customer experience and accuracy

· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

· Exceptional email and phone etiquette
