Member Services Representative

We are looking for a member services representative on the east side of Madison! This organization is non-profit financial cooperative who takes pride in helping their members save money and helping the community. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in a professional environment and start to build a career. Prior banking experience is a plus!

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, rotating Saturday's 7:00am-noon

Work includes:

• Offer products such as different accounts based on customer needs
• Respond to customer requests and inquiries
• Make recommendations about products and services
• Maintain and balance cash supplies
• Keep track of bank records and financial information

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
