24 Hour Floor is Looking for An Outside Sales Rep to Join Our Team!

This is for our Miami Dade Territory

Guaranteed weekly draw plus commission program, company car, gas card, cell phone, plus the ability to earn $80-100,000+ in the first year. Training provided.

Responsibilities:

· Prospect via networking, referrals, events, and company provided leads.

· Pursue new clients by establishing consistent sales calls and in person visits.

· Establish rapport and develop long term business relationships with clients.

· Taking measurements and photos for quote.

· Working with staff to create proposals.

· Conducting sales presentations with prospective clients.

· Attend sales meetings and training.

· Work with the office and the field to deliver superb customer service.

· Accurately update our CRM tool.

Requirements:

· Microsoft Word

· Ability to work evenings and weekends.

· Must possess a valid driver's license.

· Pass background check.

· Spanish Speaking is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Goal Oriented.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Confident and Persuasive.

· Comfortable approaching people to start a conversation

· Good time management skills and organized
