Painter/Maintenance

Job Summary

To ensure that the Hospital's physical environment is well maintained and safe from hazard. Performs dry wall preparation. Performs all necessary prep work prior to painting. Performs all painting assignments to building and grounds. Assists in general maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand instructions and warnings in English.
• Follow verbal directives or a given schedule of duties and/or responsibilities.
• Respond in an emergency.
• Use all appropriate tools associated with general maintenance.
• One year experience as a painter/maintenance required.
