Digital Marketing Representative

We are growing! This time we are looking for our Digital Marketing Representative. 

INVID's Digital Marketing Rep will be responsible for promoting our company's products and services through various online channels. Key duties involve creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, analyzing marketing data, optimizing online content, and collaborating with team members to enhance the company's online presence. This role requires a good understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay updated on the latest trends in the digital marketing space.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with marketing, sales, and design professionals.
• Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
• Collaborate in the detection and analysis of the competition or to improve the ads and web SEO.
• WordPress: Collaboration for the assembly of web pages (external clients and internal pages of INVID).
• Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
• Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs.
• Create, manage, and monitor Ad Campaigns, Email Marketing Campaigns, and Analytics.
• Conduct market research, and update databases. 
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
• Evaluate emerging trends and present new ideas to the Marketing Manager and Business Development Director.
• Administrative and general support for video production.
• Manage all social media platforms; including but not limited to, scheduling posts and analyze campaign results.
• Provide technical or creative solutions for marketing campaigns.
• Adhere to the INVID's Quality and Business Processes.

Experience Required

• 1+ year of experience in social media, digital marketing, and web design.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress development.
• Working knowledge in Adobe Premier.
• Working knowledge of video editing platforms.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and 1+ year of experience as a Marketing Coordinator, SEO Specialist, or Digital Marketing role.

Continous Education

Annual Certification will be required.

• Hands-on experience with automated software and other system management tools.
• Basic knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.

• Working knowledge of PC operating systems.
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Basic knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Customer service etiquette.
• Analytics full understanding.
• Self-motivated.
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Time management skills.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
