Personal Injury Paralegal

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal seeking a new opportunity? Look no further!

We're currently seeking an experienced individual to join our clients team in the role of Personal Injury Paralegal. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $60,000 or more, depending on your experience.

When applying, please be experienced in setting up claims with insurance companies, requesting medical discovery, synopsis of medical records, navigating the medicare portal, and handling conditional payments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a relaxed, personal working environment while maintaining a steadfast commitment to professionalism and formality with the court, clients, and opposing counsel.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with both substantive and administrative tasks as required by the practice

- Manage the entire process of a case, from initial client intake to hearing/trial/mediation preparation

- Draft formal documents including discovery, pleadings, and medical record summaries

- Correspond with clients and other counsel

- Conduct phone screening, dictation transcription, and file organization

- Perform basic office management functions as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal

- Solid experience with insurance claims processes, medical discovery, and legal documentation

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
