Temp AP Clerk FT

Due to a leave of absence we have a need for a temporary AP Clerk.

Responsibilities 

• Code, track & post payable invoices.
• Reconcile and pay statements on time.
• Keep monthly spreadsheet of posted expenses.
• Remit protection products & pay statement. (service contracts etc).
• Post and reconcile factory parts statement.

What we are looking for:

• Good attendance and promptness
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Positive Attitude
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to work well with accounting staff.
• Ability to communicate with other departments.
• The perfect candidate would have dealership experience as a cashier or receptionist looking for the next step.

Schedule

Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm
