Senior Residential Warranty Claims Administrator
Join our team as a Senior Residential Warranty Claims Administrator with one of our premier innovative client, focusing in the home warranty industry.
Compensation: $24.00/Hour
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities:
Working via phone, mail, fax, e-mail and website submissions to receiving, reviewing and preparing cases in CRM for incoming customer complaints and calls
Claims resolution management and report preparation and creation
- Clear and professional communication with clients, representatives and fellow associates
- Provide informal mediation of disputes or assist with arbitration
- Think proactively by providing potential solutions or services to management
Requirements:
- Previous property claims resolutions required
- Background in construction industry or insurance preferred
- Previous experience with MS Dynamics or Salesforce highly preferred
- Ability to analyze information, problem solve and make decisions with attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish is helpful but not a requirement
