Salary: $45,000 to $52,000

WPC is looking for experienced Automotive Warranty Administrators
Warranty Processing Company, Inc. (WPC), has been in business since 1986 and is a national leader in automotive warranty claims administration. Due to our rapid growth, we are currently accepting applications for experienced automotive warranty administrators to work as a telecommuter. WPC provides employees with positive work environment, defined work parameters, and a work life balance making this company a fantastic place to work.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years existing experience in processing automotive warranty claims and exceptional customer service skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer
  • Book and close claims as required by dealer
  • Utilize technical knowledge to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment
  • Remain current on all factory recalls and announcements
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables, warranty schedules, and work with the dealership accounting department to obtain payments
  • Maintain all service and customer records as required by the dealer and manufacturer
  • Complete relevant Manufacturer Certification Requirements as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all WPC internal policies and procedures

Professional Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Ignite, Dealertrack, Techion, UCS, ASI, Automate and/or similar dealer management system (DMS)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
