Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Automotive Warranty Administrators with a minimum of 2 years of experience in processing automotive warranty claims and exceptional customer service skills. This remote position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer.
  • Book and close claims as required by the dealer.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment.
  • Remain current on all factory recalls and announcements.
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables and warranty schedules; collaborate with dealership accounting departments to obtain payments.
  • Maintain all service and customer records as required by the dealer and manufacturer.
  • Complete relevant Manufacturer Certification Requirements as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with all WPC internal policies and procedures.
Professional Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience processing automotive warranty claims.
  • Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds amp; Reynolds, Ignite, Dealertrack, Tekion, UCS, ASI, Automate, or similar.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Persistent problem solver with a positive attitude.
