We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Accounting & Warranty Specialist to join our team. What You'll Do
Accounting Responsibilities
  • Process daily deposits and reconcile cash sales
  • Manage customer charge account statements and receivables
  • Track and process extended warranty receivables
  • Maintain and pay vendor payable statements and credit card accounts
  • Process and maintain fuel receipts and other accounting records
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory

Warranty Administration
  • Collect and maintain warranty documentation
  • Partner closely with the Service Department to ensure accurate claim processing
  • Submit warranty claims to manufacturers
  • Work directly with warranty representatives to resolve claim questions and discrepancies
  • Help maximize claim accuracy and reimbursement efficiency
