Construction Foreman

We have been retained by our client, a growing Commercial Drywall Contractor in the Denver, CO area, to find a Construction Foreman. This role involves overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties

• Manage and coordinate the activities of construction teams engaged in drywall installation and finishing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during construction phases.
• Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules and plans as needed.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, resolving any issues that arise on site.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in the drywall, carpentry, framing or commercial construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and managing teams; fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes specific to commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
