Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Drywall & Framing Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will hang, finish, and repair drywall, frame interior and exterior walls, and install ceiling systems including drop ceilings, soffits, and specialty finishes. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, precise work and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. If you have hands-on experience in drywall and framing and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine layout and material requirements
  • Frame interior and exterior walls, partitions, soffits, and bulkheads
  • Hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall to a job-ready standard
  • Install ceiling systems including drop/suspended ceilings, drywall ceilings, and specialty finishes
  • Operate hand and power tools including screw guns, levels, routers, and lifts
  • Coordinate with other trades, suppliers, and site supervisors
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in drywall hanging, taping, or framing required
  • Ability to read blueprints and apply accurate measurements
  • Proficiency with drywall and framing tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
  • Ability to work overhead, on lifts, and on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle full sheets of drywall
  • OSHA 40 & SST Required
