About the Company:
We’re working with a leading commercial drywall contractor in the Greenville market, known for delivering high-quality projects and investing in our people. With a growing pipeline of $1MM+ projects, we’re looking for a skilled Commercial Drywall Estimator to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Commercial Drywall Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for large-scale commercial projects. You’ll work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure a smooth preconstruction process from estimate to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects valued at $1MM+

  • Perform digital takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid

  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and addendums for scope and accuracy

  • Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop bid strategies

  • Support preconstruction handoff and project startup

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience estimating commercial drywall projects

  • Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid (required)

  • In-depth understanding of commercial drywall systems

  • Currently working in or recently employed in the drywall trade
