Auto Collections Representative - Corprate - Call Center

The Collection Representative is responsible for initiating calls to delinquent customers to collect past-due payments.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, focusing on first-contact resolution
• Responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining assigned accounts
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
• Effectively negotiate payment arrangements on delinquent loans
• Utilization of probing questions and clear documentation
• Ensuring all demographics submitted on accounts are correct and updated
• Meet collection goals, including delinquency and cash collections
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• A minimum of two years of collections experience is a requirement for this
  position. (Perferred Auto Collections)
• Team oriented
• Ability to thrive and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal oriented
• Proficient knowledge of FDCPA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong ability to multitask and work independently under high pressure.
• Must meet daily, weekly, and monthly individual /departmental goals.
• Ability to receive, retain and implement receive effective feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 plus weekly cash incentives (Depending on Experience)

Physical setting:

• Call center
• Office

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday & Every Other Saturday
• Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
